2. Product Information & Availability
 

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and details of our wines, but these may change without prior notice.

  • All products are subject to availability, and stock levels may vary.
     

3. Pricing & VAT
 

  • All prices displayed on our website include VAT, in accordance with Portuguese tax regulations.

  • Prices may change without notice and are subject to stock availability.

  • VAT deductions may apply for businesses legally registered within the European Union, provided they submit valid VAT registration details.
     

4. Order Fulfillment & Stock Availability
 

  • In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you immediately to offer a refund or an alternative solution.
     

5. Limitation of Liability
 

  • Fine Wines Algarve is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation issues, or supply chain disruptions.

Shipping Policy

At Fine Wines Algarve, we are passionate about exceptional wines and committed to delivering them with care and efficiency.

We currently only deliver within the Algarve region, ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. Our deliveries are free of charge and typically arrive within a maximum of 5 days, though we always strive to get them to you as soon as possible.

We take great care in packaging and handling each order to maintain the quality of our wines.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

At Fine Wines Algarve, we are committed to ensuring that you have the best experience when purchasing our carefully curated wines. Below are our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellations

​

  • You may cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
     

Returns & Refunds
 

We take great care in selecting and delivering your wines. We do not accept returns unless the wine is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

If there is an issue with your order, please review the following return policies:

 

  • If your wine arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with supporting photographs.

  • You have the right to refuse delivery if you notice visible damage to the package upon arrival. The courier will take the damaged goods back, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If damage or faulty product is noticed after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
     

How to Request a Return or Refund
 

To initiate a return, cancellation, or refund request, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant details and supporting photos (if applicable). We will handle your request promptly and ensure a smooth resolution.
