A Legacy of Passion
My journey into the world of wine began at a young age in the sun-drenched vineyards of Puglia, Italy,
where my father made wine for our family. Growing up surrounded by the aromas and artistry of winemaking, I developed a deep appreciation for the patience and skill behind every bottle.
From my family’s vineyards, I learned the value of patience, quality, and tradition.
These lessons shaped my approach to wine, and they remain a core part of my philosophy today.

As my passion for wine grew, I pursued formal education and earned my sommelier certifications from the esteemed Associazione Italiana Sommelier in Verona, Italy.

Over the years, I’ve worked in some of the world’s most prestigious fine dining establishments, including a role as Premium Sales Manager in the UK.

With over 20 years of experience in premium hospitality, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside
some of the finest professionals in the industry.
